I've been on a vegan journey with my for 7 years, so I know how delicious and long-term this lifestyle can be. It wasn't an "easy" transition for us (my oldest son was 8 at the time), but it was worth the time being consistent and persistent.
This is the perfect time of year to get the foundation to start a vegan journey with your own family!

When does the challenge start? Start whenever you want! You will receive full access to the challenge as soon as your payment is processed. You will have you own username and password to log-in at anytime.
What kitchen equipment do I need for the challenge? You probably already have everything you need right in your kitchen now! Here's the list: chef's knife, cutting board, blender, skillet, stock pot, pan, food processor (you can use a blender if you don't have one).
What happens after I pay? You will have immediate access to the challenge! You will also receive an email (be sure to check the one you used when you paid) with more details about the challenge and how to join the private Facebook group.
Do I need to do anything special to prepare for the challenge? It may be helpful to watch a few documentaries about veganism (What the Health? and Vegucated are a great start!) Also, as you grocery shop, start to replace your meat, dairy and eggs with better options like almond milk, beans and ground flaxseed. You will get more information on how to do this once you register for the challenge.
